Message as i found out when i searched about that same question. i also spit out a lot of smoke, and i'm tuned to 12.5, but i cant answer why it is like that. If you know you have a leak, than yes, im sure you're losing some power there. do a compression test if you have a feeling your motor might be hurt. i doubt your ic is too small. just start by doing the basics, than go from there, boost leak check, compression, leakdown, etc etc.
sorry to hear about the low numbers, they should definitely be higher.

It is ridiculous claiming that video games influence children. For instance, if Pac-man affected kids born in the eighties, we should by now have a bunch of teenagers who run around in darkened rooms and eat pills while listening to monotonous electronic music.
